    Shaminder Singh, Social worker.

    I have applied for ICES assessment to qualify for a licensed Social worker in canada, and the transcripts were sent to ICES. But now my college requesting for transcripts to be send directly to college mail ID- Info@bccsw.ca and also I have to fill form by matching subjects to qualify so I also need one copy of transcripts to fill the form.

    Kindly help me by sending my transcripts to college as well as me so that I will start my carrier.

    Hi sir this is Rajvir singh . I apply for the wes and conplete the all procces and pay the fee i have fee transaction id i pay by UPI id. Due to some error i cannot download the recipt of this. but in the status of my application it is showing fee payment complete. Can you let me know that i have to submit fee recipt also or if showing compelet than its ok?

    this is Navdeep kaur here,

    i am inquiring my sister’ transcript application status. She applied for ECE in canada on basis’s of her study in india. She needs transcripts, detailed course outline , and program conformation form filled my university which has been directly sent to ECE registry and ICES. ICES received transcripts only and they sent her comprehensive report which she also needed. But ECE registry still waiting for the transcripts, program confirmation form and course outline. Please help her file is only open till few months more.

      Hello, did you apply by courier method? Because WES now says that for Punjabi University transcript applications, you need to apply via the email method.     I have completed my B.Ed. from Talwandi Sabo by Distance/ correspondence in 1989. Now I need my transcripts and degree verification from the Institute.

    Following documents regarding my degree are required by the ministry of education

    BC Canada

    • Practicum curriculum and instruction/pedagogy/methodology within your teaching area, and assessment and reporting.
    • Official transcripts must be sent directly to us from every post-secondary institution you have attended, including transcripts for courses that were transferred to another institution. Advanced Placement (AP) transcripts must be sent directly to us from the AP College Board. International Baccalaureate (IB) transcripts must be sent directly to us 
    • We require information about the practicum you completed during your teacher education program. Download the Verification of Practicum Information form from Your Account and complete the top portion of the form yourself. Please ask the post-secondary institution where you completed your teacher education program to fill in the remainder of the form.
    • We require information about the content of your Teacher Education Program. Please provide a copy of the course handbook and/or syllabus for your Teacher Education Program which includes the names and detailed descriptions of the courses you completed. If you cannot provide a copy of the handbook and/or syllabus with the required information.

      Hello Kanika, the university keeps changing the website design. If the payment status is shown as complete, then you are set. If there is any problem in your application, then you will be notified by the university. For now, you are good.

    As per new policy of OCT (Ontario College of Teachers) WES is not accepted anymore so applicants must ensure their institutions/ colleges (mine is PUP) upload transcripts on OCT portal.Even OCT is not providing any email account, the option is just to upload the documents from University s account/portal. Can you help me?
