    Dear sir, I completed my bachelors and masters in punjabi university patiala. I applied for transcript at least 6 months before but I did not get any information. As I payed my all fee as I am in canada. My visit every month to patiala for transcript but they only answer we can send you when I track my status it showed No case found now what can I do as my admission is also cancelled.

      Hi Amanpreet! Unfortunately, this is a very common issue and the university requires original documents to make corrections.     I have applied for transcript, made payment and uploaded all the documents for 3-4 times but every time it’s giving the same response documents are not clear although it’s perfectly readable. Along with that my actual certificates are light in print how I can upload a darker photograph.

    It is totally not at all acceptable after paying such a big amount and sharing all the documents again and again.

    I have applied for transcripts of Bachelors and Masters on 28 June 2023 for WES from Canada. After waiting long month, I get a message from University verification cell that my transcripts are in discrepancy due to student name correction in DMCs. Even I Upload all the original ones on the website of transcripts. Now, They need my original Dmcs but that are with me.

    Is there any other way to solve that issue without sending transcripts.

      Unfortunately, there is no way to fix this without the original transcripts. In order to make corrections in your DMC, the university asks for your original documents

After having telephonic conversation in transcript department, I came to know that my transcript has been dispatched on 04.08.2023. And for tracking the courier, I have requested the docket no of the courier, but there is no positive response delivered by the department.       If the department says that the transcript has been dispatched from there, then you will need a courier tracking number to track the current status of your transcript envelope. Did the university not provide you a tracking number?

      Hi Parminder, I am not sure I understand your question properly. First you register at the WES website, and then you apply for transcripts at the university website. Then, the university sends the transcript to WES directly
